Deposit Policies

  • In order to ensure customers are committed to their stay, a deposit must be paid to confirm all online reservations.
  • Deposits are to be paid by credit card via PayPal (No Account Is Required).
  • The remaining balance of your reservation is due in cash or credit card¬†upon check-in.
  • Reservation changes & cancellations are allowed by phone until 72 hours prior to your check-in date.
  • Partial refunds are given for cancellations 72 hours or more prior to your check-in date.
  • Any changes or cancellations within 72 hours of your check-in date will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • “No Show’s”¬† (not showing up or calling to cancel your reservation) will result in the full charge of your cabin.
